Refund policy
Last updated: 28 September 2026
This explains when you can get your money back, and when you can't. Read it before you pay.
All purchases are non-refundable
As a rule, every purchase — an invitation bundle or a website plan — is final. This is subject to the fault exception below and any refund rights required by applicable law or Polar’s buyer terms.
The exception: a fault on our side
If the site or invitation page you purchased doesn't load, or can't be published, because of a fault in Lahza, you're entitled to a refund of the amount you paid for that product.
We don't promise traffic or results
We don't promise or guarantee any amount of traffic, visitors, RSVPs, bookings, sales or search ranking. A lack of any of these is not a fault, and isn't grounds for a refund.
Also not covered
A change of mind, typos or content you entered yourself, and a link or design you chose that you no longer like (you can edit these) are not refundable. Neither is the discounted part of a purchase made with a discount code, or time remaining on a plan you no longer want, unless applicable law requires otherwise. A free order has no payment to refund.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your order details and a description of the fault as soon as you notice it. We'll try to fix the fault first. If we can't fix it within a reasonable time, we refund the amount paid for the faulty product to your original payment method, through Polar.
Currency
Refunds are made in the currency you were charged, US dollars. We don't cover exchange-rate or bank differences between that and your own currency.
Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the consumer-protection law that applies to you.
