Terms of service

Last updated: 28 September 2026

Lahza is a service based in Oman that builds event pages and websites. By using Lahza, you agree to these terms.

Read alongside our refund policy and our privacy policy .

Your account

Give us accurate information when you sign up, and keep your password to yourself. If the account is for a couple, a family or a business, one person is responsible for what happens on it.

Acceptable use

Don't publish anything illegal, hateful, deceptive, or that infringes someone else's rights. Don't use Lahza to spam guests or send messages they didn't ask for. Don't try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

What you can buy

Invitation bundles are a one-time purchase per occasion: an event page at a lahza.tech link with the features included in the bundle. Website plans are a yearly or monthly subscription for a personal or business website at a lahza.tech address.

Your link and publishing

You choose your lahza.tech link before you pay. Once checkout is complete, your invitation publishes at that link. For websites, checkout from a publication review publishes the version you reviewed; buying a plan alone activates hosting and you can publish from the builder.

Payments

Payments are processed by Polar (Polar Software, Inc.), who is the seller of record for the payment. Polar charges in US dollars: prices are shown to you in OMR and converted at a fixed rate, and Polar adds any tax that applies in your country at checkout. When you pay, you also agree to Polar's own buyer terms at checkout.

Your content

You're responsible for everything you publish — names, photos, text and music — and you need the rights to use it. We may remove content that's unlawful or abusive, and suspend accounts that break these terms.

Your guests' data

Data your guests give you through RSVPs or contact forms belongs to you, the host. We handle it on your behalf as described in our privacy policy.

Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep Lahza running, but we don't guarantee it will always be available. If a fault on our side stops your page from loading or publishing, see our refund policy.

Intellectual property

Lahza owns the platform and its designs. You keep ownership of your own content, and by publishing it you give us the licence we need to host and display it as part of your page.

Website plan renewal

Website plans renew automatically at the end of each paid period, at the regular price shown at checkout, until you cancel. Any launch offer or code lowers the first payment only. You can cancel any time from your account, and your website stays live until the period you've paid for ends. If a plan is cancelled or a payment fails, the website it covers may go offline once that period ends.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use Lahza after that means you accept the update.
